Why we are building an assistant for the repetitive parts of office work — instead of another tool you have to maintain.
Hintoric started with a simple observation: most of the time in an office goes into work that isn't hard, just repetitive. A request arrives by email, someone looks up the file, fills in the usual template, saves the PDF in the usual folder and writes the usual reply.
The knowledge of how to do all of that already exists. Yet every new tool asks teams to describe their processes again, move their data somewhere new and check one more place.
We are taking a different approach: an assistant that fits into the way a team already works, prepares the next step and leaves the decision with people — and gets better with every correction.
